Come and learn the basics of how to help someone in a mental health crisis.

Join us at Holy Trinity Church Darlington for an eye-opening session on mental health first aid. Learn how to provide initial support to someone experiencing mental health challenges. This session with Dave Burke, an accredited MH first aid trainer, delivers an introduction to how we might respond to people we meet in the course of our community activities who are struggling with their mental health.
