This one-day facilitator training will provide an introduction to participatory ways of working and an opportunity to explore how to make your work more participatory.

The training is designed for local frontline church and community organisations that are already working with, or are interested in working with, people experiencing poverty or other forms of exclusion or marginalisation, who want to develop more participatory and empowering ways of working.
