Areas of Work

Listening to God and each other

We want to work with churches and congregations to tackle poverty in the Durham Diocese and the North East.

We believe local people know the issues that are affecting their communities. Listed below are some examples of the work we are doing and the ways we can help. But we also want to encourage you to be imaginative and original to create new and meaningful projects for your church and community.

We have held a number of conversations in 2019 on a range of topics, in 2020 we would love to give you the space to gather others who might be interested in the issues regarding poverty, that you care about - so do let us know and it will be fantastic to help you connect and share with others, on issues affecting you

We would love to start a conversation with you, so please get in touch. Send us an email using the address below, or come along to one of our network events. You can also subscribe to our mailings, Facebook or Twitter.
